Request off

Request off are not a guarantee off. Granting the request will be based on the

1. Staffing for the particular day or shift

2. How far in advance the request was made. For consideration of approval must be made a minimum 2 weeks in advance. 

If the request is medical or court please also upload supporting documentation for a guaranteed approval. 

3. No request off in 90 probationary period unless court or medical. 

4. Maximum 12 request off per calendar year (non-medical / court)

5. Restricted Dates - Super Bowl Sunday, Easter Saturday & Sunday, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, Longwood University & Hampton Sydney Graduation weekends & parents & Alumni weekends, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Black Friday. Other days may posted throughout the year for local events not yet known. 

6. Each Date must be entered separately. (i.e. 3 days = 3 submissions)

Shoe Re-imbersment

Employee must have successfully completed their 90 probationary period, be in good standing. Submit receipt for non-slip shoes for a reimbursement on your check for $30.00. 

Employee Loan Program

Employee loan programs are easy, no credit check, fast loans to help employees if needed. These loans are re-payed back out through employees regular payroll checks each week. and terms are flexible. employees must meet the following criteria and be in good standing. 

Max amounts  - 12 month employee ($300.00)

Max amounts - 24 month employee ($600.00)

Max amounts - 36 month employee ($900.00)

Terms

I agree to re-pay the loan amount above and have the payment deducted from my paycheck each week as specified in the payback terms. I agree in the instance that I no longer am employeed here that remaining balances may be extrected in full from final pay checks.
